Returns and Exchanges


We proudly offer a (30) day money back guarantee to all customers which begins (30) days from your order date. These 30 days will allow you time to see if the product/s will work for you or your dog. If within 30 days of your order your dog don’t love your purchased item/s we will accept a return, no questions asked!

However, if training your dog to use a ramp is the issue, we would love to assist you with some training advice before you return your ramp.

Once receiving a returned item back, we will inspect the shipment to make sure it’s in good condition and all parts are in the box. You will then be issued a full refund of your purchase price. Please note, we do not charge a re-stocking fee, however the cost of shipping the item back to us is the responsibility of the customer and charged at a flat fee of $25. 


While many dogs will take to their new PawRamp right away, some may need some extra training and encouragement to get them used to using their new method of transportation to the bed or couch, for this reason we highly encourage you to try out the ramp for three weeks and follow the instructions we provide in our training guide, you are also welcome to reach out to our support team who will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have.

There are many handy tips you will find in our training guide that will help your dog to begin using and loving their new PawRamp! If you are getting close to the 30-day return period and need more time to train your dog to use their new ramp, we will be happy to extend the 30-day timeline for you.


Please DO NOT ship any purchased items back to us without contacting us first. The returned item/s WILL NOT be accepted back to our fulfillment center without a specific RMA (return number) on the box.

Once we receive your request our customer service team will give you further instructions including a return number (RMA) to place on the outside of the box. 


If your order was received in a damaged condition, please email our support team at Please send images of the damage so we can submit a claim to the shipping carrier, we will replace any damaged items in your order, once we confirm the damage.
